These coatings are certified as Environmentally Safe and have a Low Odor. They are safer to breath and are overall better for our Earth.

The low Odor helps with the new paint smell issue when we paint your

home or office. These Paints will also help in achieving a Silver, Gold or

Platinum LEED Certification for your Building. Just call and ask us about

all of our Eco-Friendly Paint Options.

FRESHCO Painters, Inc. Guarantees our Prep work and Workmanship on a job at a minimum of 1 year. One some jobs, we can offer an extended Warranty of up to 3-5 Years. We Guarantee that the coatings will not peel, crack or fail. We also Guarantee that other items like caulking, patches and repairs will not crack or fall-off. There are even more items covered in our Warranty, just ask us for more info.

If any of this happens, we will gladly return to fix those issues at no cost to you. Our reputation and your satisfaction are the most important things to us.
